What counts against my SMS cap?

Outbound SMS reminders and confirmations. If you hit your monthly cap, we keep working over push and email and let you know — you’re never charged for overage.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, up or down anytime from the billing portal. Changes are prorated automatically.

What if a payment fails?

We retry and email you, with a grace period before anything changes. We never delete your data over a failed charge.

Refunds?

If Emberel isn’t for you, contact us within our refund window and we’ll make it right.
